As we continue to expand, we are looking for a candidate who will help out our clients in the IoT/xIoT vulnerability discovery space as Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead customer onboarding processes, including platform setup, configuration, and initial training
Provide responsive technical support via ticketing system, email, and occasional video calls
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the SaaS platform and integrations
Document customer issues, track tickets, and ensure timely resolution
Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting materials
Identify common customer pain points and collaborate with product teams on solutions
Stay current with platform updates and new features to effectively support customers
You Are a Perfect Technical Fit If you have:
2+ years of technical support experience, preferably in SaaS or security products
Strong understanding of networking concepts, APIs, and integration principles
Experience with ticketing systems and support workflows
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience creating technical documentation and knowledge base articles
