As we continue to expand, we are looking for a candidate who will help out our clients in the IoT/xIoT vulnerability discovery space as Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers post-sale.
Align product features and integrations with customer objectives and business processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, particularly related to APIs and integrations.
Lead and manage smooth SaaS product implementations and onboarding journeys.
Monitor product adoption and performance through data analytics and reporting.
Conduct QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and strategic check-ins with key stakeholders.
Capture customer feedback and relay insights into internal teams for continuous improvement.
You Are a Perfect Technical Fit If you have:
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Support Engineer, or similar).
Strong technical acumen in SaaS products, APIs, cloud infrastructure, or data-driven tools.
Experience supporting clients in fast-paced or enterprise-level B2B environments.
Proven track record in troubleshooting and optimizing customer environments.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM and support platforms like Salesforce, Jira, or Zendesk.
